My Thoughts

Strategic planning is only as good as the planners and the companies ability and willingness to execute. I have recently been a part of several re-organizations and re-planning strategy projects and have witnessed first hand senior managements inability to redirect and influence corporate culture at the most basic levels. Companies need to understand that in a time of strategic implementation a line has to be drawn and management by democratic consensus is not possible or effective.

Tell me what you think
